BiFEX (Busan Gamcheon Port Seafoods Co., Ltd.), established in 2008 as a wholesale corporation for Busan International Seafood Products, aims to create and revitalize the market for deep-sea seafood and overseas imported seafood (frozen, fresh fish, live fish, etc.) and to ensure transparent transactions and price stability.
We deal directly with overseas producers such as Japan, China, Russia, the United States, and Southeast Asia, and also work with domestic and foreign fisheries companies to promote the distribution of cheap and fresh seafood at home and abroad, and participate in international transactions, including the export of domestic seafood.
In addition, we operate facilities including 22 live fish tanks, three refrigerated warehouses, and a state-of-the-art frozen warehouse with a capacity of approximately 25,000 tons, and we are committed to facilitating transactions between suppliers and brokers.
In addition, through BiFEX Trading & Resources, an affiliated company, we are trying to expand our business area through project projects including fisheries ODA, EDCF-related overseas consulting, ship-related projects, overseas fishery resource acquisition projects, and overseas financial consulting. Through international exchange, we maintain close relationships with stakeholders in overseas fisheries products and a solid global network.
